Can you tell me more about I-DEP and depositions on-line?
I-DEP is a Chicago based company that is the world's first complete Internet deposition provider. I-DEP offers on-line depositions via its website, enabling attorneys to participate in a deposition from wherever they are, as long as they have access to the Internet. During a deposition, I-DEP will simultaneously deliver live video, two-way audio, court reporter running transcript, and private messaging to any desktop or laptop PC.

What is the best way to contact I-DEP with my list of questions?
To receive answers to any questions, please email us at I-INFO@i-dep.com.

When setting up and performing an I-DEP deposition, is it cumbersome?
NO. If you are comfortable with the Internet, you'll be comfortable using I-DEP.

When can I expect I-DEP to answer my emails or phone calls?
I-DEP intends to maintain exemplary customer service to all of our clients. We will do our best to respond to all questions and concerns within one business day.

What do you have that your competition does not?
I-DEP simultaneously delivers live video, two-way audio, court reporter running transcript and private messaging to any desktop or laptop PC. No other company offers these technologies to the legal industry.

Why would I use I-DEP when I already have video conferencing over the net?
Let's face it, who wants to gather in a meeting room to use cumbersome and expensive video conferencing equipment? The individuals involved don't have the ability to send private messages to ANYONE in the dep, nor are they allowed the geographical flexibility that I-DEP allows. How many individuals do you know that possess video conferencing equipment compared to those that can access the Internet?

When I sign up my account, what if I want to send the bill to a separate address?
No problem, I-DEP has flexible billing options.

How do I get my favorite court-reporting firm I-DEP certified?
Have them contact I-DEP at www.i-dep.com or call 800-498-IDEP. A Client Services Representative will help them become I-DEP certified.

Do you have I-DEP court reporters throughout the country?
We are developing a national court-reporting network. Our website will contain a 'Find a court reporter in your location' page which will enable you to easily establish a relationship with an I-DEP certified court reporting firm.

Are there charges for the Internet storage, maintenance & access of the transcripts, audios and/or videos?
For a complete list of charges contact I-DEP at 800 498-IDEP.

Where can I find I-DEP advertisements and reviews?
Click the following link I-DEP In the News to access an archive of all published advertisements and reviews.

When can we do our first deposition on-line?
