Your passcode should not be a word in any language, slang, dialect, or jargon. It also should not be based on any personal information (names of family, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) and it cannot be based on your e-mail address or any other readily available account information.
I-DEP's Systems Security Administrator suggests that you come up with a phrase that has a special meaning to you, and then use that phrase to create a passcode. Let's say you're a history buff. You might easily remember the following phrase:
"Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent..."
This could be abbreviated into: 4S&7yr$@go!
